Places to Meditate 

Meditation is a great way to relax and clear your mind, and it doesn't have to be in the same spot every time. There are plenty of different and unusual places you can meditate that you may not have considered. Consider meditating at the beach, a park or even on a mountain top. If you're feeling adventurous, try meditating in a cave or a grotto. If you're feeling creative, try meditating in a field with friends. You can even take your meditation practice outdoors and meditate while you're camping, hiking or biking. If you have a busy work and home life and find it hard to get any time to yourself pull over into a layby or car-park and meditate in your car for 10 minutes. There are endless possibilities when it comes to finding new and unusual places to meditate, so get creative and explore the possibilities. my favourite for a full moon meditation is in the bath, pool or Lake.
